Responsibilities
Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service.
Assist customers and answer questions.
Clean display cases, shelves, and self‑serve displays in the Dairy Deli Frozen Department.
Fill and rotate displays to ensure freshness.
Perform regular lifting and moving tasks up to 60 pounds as required.
Maintain a fast‑paced, clean working environment.
Qualifications
Read and write Spanish and English, and interact with the general public and co‑workers.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Present information effectively in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees.
Apply common‑sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
Additional Desired Qualifications
Basic PC/Outlook skills.
Retail Management Certificate.
