Registered Nurse (RN) - Split Role in Primary & Specialty Care | Winona, MN Ready for a role that offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to make a real impact? Join our team in Winona, MN, where you'll work across both
Primary Care
(Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics) and
Specialty Care
(including Allergy, Asthma, General Surgery, Pediatric Specialty, Cardiology among others).
What You'll Do
Schedule:
64 hours every two weeks (0.8 FTE)
Shifts:
8-hour days, Monday‑Friday, between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM No weekends or holidays!
Care for patients of all ages
Triage patient calls, evaluate INRs, assist with procedures, and provide education
Perform nurse-only visits such as wound care, ABI, hypertension checks, and education
Collaborate with outreach clinicians from multiple specialty clinics
What You'll Get
Starting pay:
$30.46/hour (plus additional for experience)

What You'll Need
Active RN license in Minnesota upon hire; Wisconsin license within 90 days
Minimum
Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS certification
for healthcare providers
At least
1 year RN experience preferred
(clinic experience a plus)
