Roadside Protect is a strong provider of towing and roadside administration services in the U.S. and Canada and we are committed to delivering an excellent emergency roadside assistance experience for our customers. By connecting both companies, Roadside Protect’s deep regional industry knowledge is brought together with Bosch’s technology and service expertise, and global service setup.

Job Description Position Summary Roadside Protect is committed to delivering the best emergency roadside assistance experience for our customers. The best experience means a satisfied customer who has their emergency situation handled efficiently and timely by an understanding and empathetic team. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French-English) is responsible for coordinating emergency assistance services of our clients while working in a team environment. This position is expected to provide excellent customer service and consist primarily of phone work in a call center atmosphere. This is a full‑time, onsite position.

General Position Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and provide solutions to customers and clients.

Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

Maintain a high morale within the team.

Obtain situational information by ascertaining the nature of the problem and implementing the correct course of action.

Resolve incoming calls by following standard operating procedures; obtain pertinent information; make corrective actions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

Punctuality, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multi‑task.

Work well under pressure and stressful situations; exhibit emotional control.

Intermediate skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook; Internet savvy.

Work comfortably on a computer with accurate typing skills of 40 wpm.

Prior dispatching experience is a plus.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Professionalism in dealing with both internal and external contacts required.

Strong team player with ability to interact with all levels of staff in the company.

Self‑starter; takes ownership of his/her work product.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
