About the Role As a
Data Collection & Task Verification Associate , you’ll track day‑to‑day operations within our cultivation facility. From logging data on plant care and environmental conditions to ensuring task completion and identifying issues with feeding systems, your role directly impacts the health and performance of our crops.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and log daily data on plant care, environmental conditions, and workflow metrics.
Verify that daily tasks are completed according to SOPs; report any gaps or inconsistencies.
Monitor feedings and watering events; troubleshoot system issues such as clogs, leaks, and pressure irregularities.
Conduct morning and end‑of‑day walkthroughs to inspect room readiness, plant health, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
Prepare materials and equipment for resets and room transitions.
Report findings and updates via Slack; collaborate closely with the cultivation leadership team.
Escalate recurring issues to improve long‑term processes and outcomes.
Testing & Qualification Requirements
Basic Math Test: Demonstrate ability to calculate temperature, humidity, and basic unit conversions.
Skill Test: Evaluate knowledge in climate control, environmental adjustments, and equipment troubleshooting.
What You’ll Need
Must be 21 years or older (as required by cannabis regulations)
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or agriculture is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions (kneeling, walking, standing, bending)
Comfortable working in warm, humid environments with strong plant odors
Willing and able to climb ladders and safely work at heights
Must follow strict biosecurity protocols and wear PPE as required
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
Effective communicator with experience using tools like Slack and spreadsheets
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Work Conditions Expect to work in temperatures between
60–90°F , with humidity levels ranging from
50%–80% . The role involves working under bright lights, handling water and irrigation systems, and wearing masks, gloves, or other protective gear in designated areas.
