Maintenance Technician — AVI Foodsystems
AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Maintenance Technician at our Culinary Support Center in Warren, OH. This is a Monday‑Friday dayshift position but will require call‑in hours as needed. Duties & Responsibilities
Service and repair packaging and dispensing equipment Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance Repair equipment utilizing hand and power tools Skilled in the repair and operation of tow motors and electric pallet jacks a plus Participate in equipment maintenance and repairs Conduct predictive and preventative maintenance Responsible areas include building maintenance and facility equipment Requirements
Experience working with single‑phase electric power; three‑phase electric power experience is required Intermediate or advanced skills desired in HVAC, welding, plumbing, refrigeration, boilers, pneumatics, Allen Bradley and hydraulics Strong mechanical background required Electronic and electrical skills required High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience; technical training preferred Strong willingness to learn Excellent communication skills Benefits
