Monday 7:45am-5pm

Tuesday 8:45am-6pm

Wednesday 9:00am-5pm

Thursday 6:45am-4pm

60min recare, 90min new patient appointment! SRP appointments are 60-90 minutes, flexible on hygienist need! Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned. Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses! We have Astin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available!

Full time is a minimum of 30 HRS to receive full benefits package to include health insurance, paid holidays, 401k, dental, vision, wellness benefits + more!

Minimum Qualifications

Current dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)

Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation

CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

Open to New Graduates and Experienced Hygienists!

Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems

Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health

Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position

Prolonged periods sitting and standing

Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times

Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
