Shift Timing & Requirements
Work Days: Monday through Saturday
Work Schedule: Floating 30+ hours to Milwaukee clinics required
Weekends: 2 Saturdays/month; No Sunday shifts
Shift Times: MWF 5a–4p, TTS 5a–12:30p, and other clinic variations
Requirements: Flexible to rotating shifts and float to Milwaukee clinics; Schedule restrictions not accommodated.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status
Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations
Educate patients and build meaningful relationships
Work as part of a supportive care team
Qualifications
Current RN license in state of practice
CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
2+ years experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
Cardiology Nursing Certification (CNN) a plus
