Client Success Coordinator – Warner Bros. Discovery Location: New York, NY Pay Range: $40,768.00 – $75,712.00 per year Additional benefits include annual bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentives, health insurance, employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid holidays, sick time and vacation.

The Client Success Coordinator supports the implementation, launch, and stewardship of digital campaigns across Warner Bros. Discovery brands. The role collaborates with Sales, Yield, Ad Ops, Billing, external agencies, and third‑party vendors to ensure campaign success and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

Support Client Success Managers (CSMs) in pre‑ and post‑sale activities for clients, helping with end‑to‑end campaign strategy.

Partner with CSM counterparts to align on tasks and deadlines for assigned accounts.

Coordinate campaign setup and complete required forms and documentation for internal entities including Activation, Legal, Corporate Credit, Ad Ops, and Research.

Act as Ad Ops liaison to coordinate asset delivery, testing, and tracking of missing creative.

Serve as primary point of contact for Billing and Corporate Credit teams for invoices, PO revisions, and credit checks.

Monitor campaign health and work with account teams to troubleshoot and improve delivery when necessary.

Capture screenshots and produce mockups as needed.

Partner with billing and collections teams to resolve billing‑related issues.

Support Client Services teammates with day‑to‑day tasks and special ad‑hoc projects.

Qualifications & Skills

0–2 years of experience in Sales Planning, Client Services, or Ad Operations.

Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Ability to prioritize across short‑term and long‑term goals.

Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial attitude.

Ability to work in a team and independently.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Familiarity with digital tools and technology platforms including CRM and OMS is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

BA/BS from a 4‑year university or equivalent experience.

Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
