Warehouse Associate – Wash Load Capacity Specialist – 3rd Shift Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Wash Load Capacity Specialist to support the Rental Division. The Wash Load Capacity Specialist is responsible for verifying customer garments and bulk products such as shirts, pants, floor mats, and shop towels have been accurately organized into laundry bags. The Wash Load Capacity Specialist then weighs each laundry bag and verifies weight parameters are met for the material type, using equipment to send appropriately weighted bags to the washroom. Warehouse Associates are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $18.00 - $22.50/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
