Palm Beach Tan – Facilities Technician
We are seeking a Facilities Technician to manage maintenance across our multi‑unit stores. This full‑time role requires frequent travel, no specific office location, and starts from home.

Responsibilities
Provide general maintenance to store locations in assigned area
Repair minor plumbing, lighting ballast, doorknobs, etc.
Maintain tanning booths and UV‑free spray booths (training provided)
Perform general carpentry including sheetrock repair and painting
Collaborate with store operations staff, management, and vendors
Experience and Skills
Excellent driving record (driving record check required)
Preferred 2+ years of maintenance and construction experience (multi‑unit preferred)
Basic understanding of building maintenance systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
Outstanding customer service skills
Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
