Are you a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional looking to make a meaningful impact? National Counseling Group (NCG), an ncgCARE partner, is seeking a Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide intensive, evidence‑based treatment to youth involved in the delinquency system and their families through in‑home and community‑based sessions. Using a strengths‑based approach grounded in cognitive‑behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and family systems theory, you’ll work closely with caregivers to empower them to address challenges independently and support their child across various environments—including home, school, and community. You’ll manage a small caseload of six clients, allowing for individualized attention and flexibility, while being supported by a highly collaborative and experienced clinical team. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of youth and families while advancing your skills in a proven, research‑driven model of care.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in a mental health‑related field.
Licensed or license‑eligible in Virginia.
