Responsibilities
Meet National Vision and store sales objectives.
Follow the America’s Best “Code of Excellence” to ensure customer satisfaction.
Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses.
Train customers on insertion and removal of contact lenses.
Educate clients on proper eye‑glasses and contact‑lens care.
Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
Adhere to visual merchandising standards.
Mentor apprentice opticians as permitted by law.
Qualifications
Previous retail experience preferred.
Valid state optician license.
Strong selling and customer‑service skills.
Clear instructional communication.
Effective interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Detail‑oriented.
