Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to touch‑up and repair requests for corporate aircraft interiors. Work with fabric, vinyl, leather hides, and composite materials using approved adhesives, sewing equipment, and tools. Perform leather and seat repairs, along with fabrication tasks, in compliance with FAA, OSHA, and EPA regulations. Collaborate with leads and skilled technicians to improve safety, efficiency, and processes using lean manufacturing principles. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and support a clean, organized work environment. Perform additional duties as needed to support team objectives. Qualifications

Self‑motivated with strong initiative and interpersonal skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management, attention to detail, adaptability, and accountability. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to multitask and think critically. High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency in Top Stitch sewing techniques. 5–10 years of experience using a double‑needle post machine and working with leather. Legal authorization to work in the United States with two forms of federal identification. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and comply with FAA drug and alcohol testing requirements.
