Overview Responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of store, as assigned. Will carry out functions vital to smooth operation of shop. Will work to develop guest loyalty, provide superb customer service and respond to guests.
Sign‑On Bonus
$500 Sign‑On Bonus: $100 after 30 days, $200 after 60 days, $200 after 90 days.
Responsibilities
Follows all standard operating procedures and cash handling procedures.
Maintain inventory.
Maintain orderly and neat presentation of merchandise.
Perform duties related to stocking of inventory.
Provide outstanding level of Guest and Team Member service.
Maintain open line of communication with supervisor.
Perform duties and follow all procedures related to the opening and closing of the retail shop.
Monitor and report any problems or issues regarding the operation of the store.
Maintains positive relations with all customers and Team members.
Assist guests with purchases of products.
Must have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills including tact, patience, and courtesy when dealing with guests and teammates.
Adheres to Golden Nugget uniform policy.
Maintains a safe work environment for all employees, and complies with Casino Policies and procedures, as well as Health Department and OSHA policies and procedures.
Always maintains a clean organized work environment.
Perform duties in compliance with company policies as well as all Federal, State and Local safety and health standards as well as the Colorado Limited Gaming Act.
All employees must be willing and able to work a flexible work week with additional hours on a non‑routine basis.
Complies with established security policies and procedures.
Demonstrates a good working knowledge of all casino food and beverage outlets and products. Is able to answer customers’ questions.
Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed and directed.
Pay USD $17.50 - $18.00 per hour.
Tipped Position This position does not earn tips.
