What You’ll Do
Handle with Care: Set eggs according to customer and management specifications.
Keep It Organized: Record dates, flock numbers, and quantities for full traceability.
Monitor Success: Maintain optimal temperature and humidity for incubation.
Quality Check: Candle eggs and pack orders to meet customer expectations.
Support Growth: Select eggs for breeder stock and flock replacement.
Stay Compliant: Complete paperwork, update spreadsheets, and follow biosecurity protocols.
Maintain Standards: Clean, fumigate, and conduct environmental sampling.
Collaborate: Work with a team to keep operations running smoothly.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
Knowledge of biology, aseptic techniques, and cleanroom protocols.
Comfortable using PPE and following strict biosecurity measures.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
2+ years in a processing or poultry farm environment (or equivalent experience).

Fast-paced, hands-on environment focused on accuracy and safety.
Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Voluntown, CT.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $52,000.00 - $52,000.00/yr.
Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Voluntown, CT.
