is seeking an Internal or Family Medicine physician to join our well-established team in Avon, Indiana. Our dedicated team works within a collaborative environment on the campus of our IU West Hospital. We take pride in continuing to serve our diverse community with expert and compassionate care.
Job Description
Full Time
Flexible Schedule – 4, 4.5, or 5 days per week, Monday‑Friday, no weekends or holidays
Large shared call group with a nurse triage system; call typically 2–3 weeks a year
100% Outpatient; expected volume 70‑80 patients a week
Mostly adult patient population
Comfortable working with Advanced Practice Providers
Support and collaboration with a pharmacist
Procedures include simple skin procedures, fracture care, joint injections, IUDs, and similar
Opportunity to be involved in medical student and resident education

Qualifications
Open to new and practicing physicians
MD/DO or equivalent education
American Board Eligible or Certified in respective specialty
Ability to obtain Indiana license
