Base Pay Range OTR CDL-A DRIVERS WANTED – SOLO & TEAM, HIGH PAY & STEADY MILES – Up to 0.85 cpm! Location: South Holland, IL. Wider Group is looking for experienced CDL-A drivers for TEAM and SOLO OTR positions. Steady miles, predictable routes, and solid CPM – if that sounds good, let’s talk.

TEAM POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Dry Van (Roundtrip Lane): Chicago, IL → Phoenix, AZ → Rialto, CA → Chicago, IL (Occasional stops: KS, St. Paul). Schedule: Wed 9 PM → Sun (early AM or afternoon). Pay: Up to $0.80 CPM split.

Reefer – Drop & Hook: FedEx Custom Critical Loads. 4500–6500 miles weekly. Pay: Up to $0.85 CPM split.

SOLO POSITION (Dry Van)

Roundtrip Lane: IL → MN → IL

Start: $0.60 CPM

90 days: $0.63 CPM

180 days: $0.65 CPM

2020–2023 International | Volvo | Freightliner

2+ years CDL-A experience

OTR – at least 2 weeks out
