We offer in‑home 1:1 therapy to individuals ages 1‑21, with a strong focus on communication, support, and guidance.

Job Responsibilities
Provide ABA interventions to clients in natural environments
Collect, analyze, and prepare data for presentation
Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency
Qualifications
RBT certification from BACB (required)
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation (required)
Experience with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (required)
Effective communication with coworkers, supervisors, and families
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and follow instructions
Passion for working with clients who have developmental and social challenges
Work location:
In person
