Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Process orders, handle returns, and resolve complaints.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and elevate priority issues when necessary.
Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the system.
Qualifications
Education:
At least a high school diploma; college undergraduates or graduates are preferred.
Communication Skills:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are required; proficiency in Tagalog is an advantage.
Computer Skills:
Basic computer navigation skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus; fast and accurate typing required.
Experience:
Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage, but entry-level applicants and fresh graduates are welcome.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities.
Adaptability and quick learning in fast‑paced environments.
In‑depth product or service knowledge (training provided).
Conflict resolution skills to handle customer concerns effectively.
Stress management and ability to perform well under pressure.
Other Requirements
Fluency in both English and Tagalog is an advantage, especially for local accounts.
Willingness to work on‑site in Metro Manila.
