Responsibilities
Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
Act as the go‑between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients
Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision
Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
Independent worker who is motivated and self‑sufficient
Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
Some knowledge of marketing and advertising
Compensation $160,000 at plan
