In this role, you will review lease termination reports, identify and issue tax credits, and conduct monthly audits to maintain accuracy. You’ll work closely with management and various departments to properly distribute tax credit allocations across D&M Leasing offices. What you will be doing:
Review lease termination reports to identify new tax credits
Allocates allotment of tax credits to each D&M offices.
Issues available and retention tax credits
Conducts monthly audits to ensure the accuracy of tax credit accumulation
Assists department and management as requested.
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred, at a minimum, GED or High School Diploma
1-3 years in customer service, banking, or operations
Sense of urgency
Ability to communicate effectively with managers and agents
Attention to detail and adherence to processes
Comfortable with computer software programs
Our anticipated range is $23-$27
