Medical Device Sales Rep (Inside Sales) MedRx, Inc. – part of the Demant Group, a world‑leading hearing healthcare group.

Location: Largo, FL (travel up to 20%). Full‑time, on‑site position.

Compensation: $43,900.00 – $109,200.00 annually.

Overview MedRx Inc. is a U.S. based global manufacturer and developer of advanced computerized diagnostic and hearing instrument fitting technologies, specifically designed for hearing care professionals. Its product line includes discreet, PC‑based instrumentation for audiometry, real‑ear measurement, live speech mapping, hearing instrument testing & evaluation, and video otoscopy.

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Training Executive with a strong background in inside sales to join our team in Largo, Florida.

This role is full‑time, on‑site, and includes up to 20% travel. The ideal candidate has prior sales and/or audiology experience in a fast‑paced environment and is comfortable engaging in sales dialogue and working in a performance‑metrics driven environment.

Responsibilities

Drive daily sales objectives with a strong focus on company growth.

Target and cultivate new customers, ensuring successful launch planning and execution.

Provide training to professionals on the MedRx line of equipment.

Deliver engaging presentations to professionals at regional and national events.

Conduct consultative sales calls with audiologists, dispensers and ENT practices.

Build strong relationships and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Meet performance KPIs including sales targets, outbound calls, and customer emails.

Plan, organize and control daily activities.

Utilize a CRM tool for forecasting and reporting on sales activity.

Maintain accurate records to drive informed decision‑making.

All other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

4–6 years of sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Audiology degree preferred.

Experience using the CRM software Salesforce preferred.

Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to maintain a clear driving record.

Travel

Position requires up to 20% travel for conferences and training.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods.

Physically able to drive a vehicle for prolonged periods.

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Must pass a drug test.
