What You'll Do
Encourage residents’ independence and assist with self‑care as needed.
Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, mouth care, and nail care.
Assist with toileting, incontinence care, and change linens as needed.
Help transfer residents safely and obtain help for total lifts.
Assist with meals and ensure resident comfort at rest times.
Respond promptly to call lights and report changes or injuries to supervisors.
Apply standard precautions and follow isolation procedures.
Support restorative and rehabilitative care.
Perform unit cleaning duties and other tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
Current GNA certification in the state of Maryland.
Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred.
Genuine passion for providing compassionate, resident‑centered care.
Strong teamwork skills and a positive, respectful attitude.
Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
