Key Responsibilities
Final Audit: Review executed loan closing packages for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal regulations and company guidelines.
Condition Clearing: Verify and clear all "Prior-to-Funding" (PTF) conditions.
Wire Authorization: Coordinate with Title and Escrow companies to calculate final wire amounts and initiate the funding process.
Partner Support: Act as the primary point of contact for external brokers and title agents to resolve funding discrepancies quickly.
Data Integrity: Ensure all loan data in the LOS (Loan Origination System) matches the final signed documentation.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in mortgage loan processing, closing, or funding (TPO experience preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Loan Origination Systems (e.g., Encompass, Empower) and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge: Understanding of TRID, RESPA, and general mortgage compliance.
Attributes: Exceptional "eagle-eye" attention to detail and the ability to work under tight, same-day funding deadlines.
Communication: Professional phone and email etiquette for handling external partner relationships.
Salary: $21 - $22 per hour
Shift: First
Work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
