We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Marketing Analysis team. This role is critical in supporting menu strategy, pricing decisions, and promotional performance through financial modeling and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate the financial impact of culinary and operational changes, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support menu strategy and pricing decisions through financial forecasts and expense projections to guide investment decisions.
Develop forecasts and evaluate the financial impact of new products, promotions, and operational changes.
Monitor performance against estimates and provide variance analysis to inform recommendations.
Manage ongoing marketing campaigns from a financial perspective, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting, while analyzing historical and current data to measure overall impact and ROI to guide future strategy.
Analyze sales and traffic trends to identify opportunities and risks.
Conduct competitive pricing reviews and ensure pricing accuracy across offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and support strategic initiatives.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
Participate in special projects and provide analytical support across Finance department as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Highly organized with excellent prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
