Responsibilities
Leverage deep technical and domain expertise in IT, Finance, and HR management to analyze complex problems and design practical solutions.
Apply industry best practices and stay updated on relevant regulatory requirements, with specific knowledge of Mississippi public sector IT environments.
Perform detailed data analysis and use critical thinking to diagnose business, application, and legal challenges, identifying root causes and developing actionable recommendations.
Build strong relationships and manage expectations with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating professional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Plan, execute, and deliver consulting engagements, effectively managing time, risks, and priorities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
Contribute to proposal writing, contract negotiation, and financial management tasks such as budgeting, pricing, and forecasting.
Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organizational, decision-making, and accountability skills.
Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, providing high-quality presentations and reports.
Ensure all deliverables meet client needs and project objectives, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
