Job Description Summary
Operate, replace and repair HVAC equipment and work کرا all refrigerants.
We are looking to hire a detail-oriented HVAC technician to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems that control the temperature and air quality in buildings and spaces. The HVAC technician will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. You will be responsible for air quality systems from installation to end-of-life, performing maintenance and emergency repairs on a wide variety of HVAC units.
To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety and comfort should be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills ਤੇ.
HVAC Technician Responsibilities
Maintain and adhere to all safety measures.
3+ years experience as an HVAC service/install technician.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Ability to work after hours on weekends and public holidays, with short or no notice.
Ability to work in confined spaces.
Assist with customers' queries.
Climb stairs and ladders – work from heights.
Complete SAP orders and return them to the scheduler.
Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, then perform appropriate HVAC system repairs.
Hold EPA certification.
Exhibit excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills – excellent customer service.
Follow regulations regarding conservation selves, recovery, and recycling of refrigerants.
Work in extreme temperatures.
Hold a high school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.
Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
Install electrical components and wiring related to HVAC systems.
Install, maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
Lift heavy materials or equipment.
Maintain repair part and filter inventory.
Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure efficient and safe operation of HVAC systems.
Be proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and work plans.
Handle and dispose of fluids and pressurized gases properly. highly>
Recharge refrigerant levels, check for leaks, and ensure the refrigerant cycle functions correctly in air conditioning systems.
Recommend maintenance to improve system performance.
Replace filters – clean systems – check and clean condensate drains. Jewellery>
Be state licensed for HVAC technicians – must meet local codes.
Understand advanced principles of air conditioning and heating.
Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
