Responsibilities
Identify and acquire used vehicles that meet company standards and customer demand.
Build and maintain positive relationships with vehicle sellers and industry contacts.
Communicate effectively with sellers to negotiate prices and terms.
Organize and maintain accurate records of vehicle acquisitions and communications.
Follow up promptly with potential sellers to ensure timely vehicle procurement.
Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure smooth vehicle intake processes.

Friendly and approachable demeanor.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to follow up consistently and professionally.
Experience in vehicle acquisition or automotive sales is a plus.
