Position Title Maintenance

Pay Rate $28.51/hr up to $40.12/hr

Category / Shift Hourly Full‑Time (7 AM–7 PM and 7 PM–7 AM, 12‑hour rotating shifts, weekends and overtime as required)

The Job You Will Perform

Follow all safety rules, policies and practices

Perform preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, measuring positions, repositioning components and observing operations to determine proper functions

Perform emergency/breakdown maintenance as necessary to support plant operations

Use a multi‑meter to test electrical circuits, components, etc. using DC or AC voltage

Read and understand electrical block diagrams and wiring schematics

Exchange motors, gearboxes, sheaves, sprockets, belts, chains, etc. with proper alignment upon assembly

Fully understand functions of limit and proximity switches and their effects on PLCs

Troubleshoot AC and DC drive systems to determine cause of faults or failures

Troubleshoot hydraulic systems controlled by switches or PLCs

Troubleshoot pneumatic systems from solenoids, switches, valves, etc.

Have knowledge with conveyor systems and their operations

Be familiar with a diverse range of hand tools and their operations such as grinders, drills, Metabo, reciprocating saws, etc.

Be self‑motivated, able to follow through to completion with assigned responsibilities

Maintain a clean and organized work area in respect to the “5‑S Program”

Communicate effectively

Work effectively with internal customers to maintain strong relationships between production employees and maintenance employees
