Job Summary Restaurant Equipment Technicians work as part of a team responsible for creating and enhancing
Customer satisfaction
by resolving product and service problems. This role involves technical troubleshooting, customer communication, vendor coordination, and occasional travel to support installations, training, and trade shows.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer questions by phone, email, or in-person.
Diagnose problems and provide timely solutions.
Document service calls and maintain accurate records in our product database.
Support installations, startups, warranty repairs, and demonstrations.
Assist with technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
Participate in on‑call rotation and provide hands‑on service support.
What We’re Looking For
Strong listening, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical systems (electrical/fuel).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Ability to stay composed under pressure and work as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous field service, technical support, or military/special forces background.
Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment or related machinery.
