This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment for production operations, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting and repairs. The technician will work cross‑functionally with other operations departments, such as Brewing, Packaging, and Warehousing. Essential Functions

Perform preventative maintenance duties as assigned. Maintain accurate and complete departmental records in a timely manner. Proactively identify plant issues or improvements via CMMS. Repair and rebuild equipment as needed (pumps, gearboxes, etc.). Maintain high/low pressure boilers, glycol chillers, and air compressors. Operate bulk CO₂, chemical tanks, and pressurized vessels safely. Communicate using Excel, Word, email (shift reports) and CMMS (WO’s/PM’s) effectively. Follow OSHA regulations regarding fork trucks, chemical handling, LOTO, confined space, etc. Climb a 30‑ft ladder on occasion. Perform any other duties assigned. Requirements

Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical drive systems, and process flow (e.g., pumps). Electrical strength is a plus. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, construction drawings, machine manuals, and electrical blueprints/schematics. Demonstrated skills/certification in general maintenance; HVAC/refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics. Strong technical troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and tablet use. Education, Experience, & Certifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Degree/Certification or equivalent experience in industrial manufacturing preferred. Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment including forklifts, chemicals, wet and loud areas. Willingness to be on call and work off shift and/or weekends.
