Position Summary & Key Areas Of Responsibility Are you a Field Technician, Field Engineer, or Service Technician looking for a role that challenges your mechanical aptitude and tech savvy skills? NCR Atleos’s Field Services Team creates value for our customers by delivering solutions that build long‑term relationships. Acting as a first‑line response, you will communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and engaging manner, triage issues, and provide solutions before problems arise. You will receive comprehensive virtual and hands‑on classroom training that enables rapid learning and growth within a diverse community.
Salary $40,800.00 – $59,200.00 per year (range depending on experience)
Utilize Your Skills To
Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
Service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self‑checkout systems within an assigned territory
Perform maintenance, repair, and system overhauls
Manage everything from network faults and traffic to configuration, security, and remote system access
Basic Qualifications
Local candidate to the specific geographic area
Authorized to work in the U.S.
At least 19 years of age
Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements
PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating‑system familiarity
Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
Prolonged travel with driving several hours per dayRotating and weekend shifts
Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and repeatedly grasping and manipulating objects of varying size
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software
A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification
One or more years of related experience
