Overview
We are looking for a
Civil Engineer
to join our on-site construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are executed according to structural plans and specifications, and coordinating with various project stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring project quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities
Ensure all works are done in accordance with approved structural plans and specifications
Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings and project plans accurately
Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation based on plans
Monitor daily progress and prepare site reports including manpower, equipment, and material usage
Coordinate with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Assist in resolving on-site technical issues and conflicts
Maintain proper documentation and support permit and inspection requirements
Attend coordination meetings and relay instructions effectively to the site team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
Strong understanding of structural drawings and technical specifications
Skilled in quantity estimation and material take-offs
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other construction-related software
Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Willing to be assigned on-site and work extended hours if required
