Join our Long-Term Care team
as a Certified Medication Technician, where you'll help residents feel their best by safely administering medications and assisting with daily living tasks. Under the guidance of licensed nursing staff, you'll play a key role in supporting resident health, dignity, and comfort in a compassionatenitz, culturally inclusive environment.
What You'll Do:
Administer medications accurately and document appropriately
Support residents with hygiene and daily activities
Monitor, record, and report health changes
Ensure a clean and safe care environment
Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and team members
Follow care practices that support residents' rights中的 promote well-being
Stay up to date on training and compliance standards
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Completion of a state-approved medication technician training program or exam
Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team and take initiative
Reliable, responsible, and able to follow directions
Preferred:
1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
