Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support in‑store merchandising and meet shopper needs. The role includes building displays, resetting shelves, rotating products, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. Responsibilities
Build displays and end caps in store locations. Reset shelves with product rotation and maintain visual standards. Track inventory and collaborate with suppliers to ensure optimal sales performance. Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner. Perform physical work, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Work independently while building successful team‑building skills. Qualifications
18 years or older. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong bias for action, results, and self‑starter motivation. Reliable transportation to and from the work location. Safety‑first mentality in a retail environment. No prior experience required; training and support provided. Benefits
