At FLORA, one of our most important priorities is hiring world‑class talent. We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help us scale our team with speed, care, and operational excellence. This role is the backbone of our hiring engine. You’ll own candidate scheduling, interview logistics, hiring process coordination, and candidate experience. You’ll partner closely with our hiring managers and leadership team to keep hiring processes moving smoothly as we grow.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Own interview coordination end‑to‑end. Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and ensure candidates and interviewers are set up for success.

Conduct all first‑call candidate screens to evaluate fit with the role and the culture.

Partner with external search firms and sourcing partners to source and vet candidates.

Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience. Be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and a polished experience.

Keep our hiring process running smoothly. Track candidates through each stage, manage interview logistics, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Partner closely with the hiring managers and other recruiters as we grow our People function. Support job openings across functions by coordinating interviews, feedback collection, and next steps.

Maintain hiring systems and data. Keep our ATS and hiring trackers accurate, up‑to‑date, and well organized.

Continuously improve recruiting operations. Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling, communication, and workflows through better processes, templates, and tools.

Support offer and closing logistics. Help coordinate references, offer steps, and onboarding handoffs to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to team member.

2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations, HR operations, or a similar role in a fast‑paced environment.
