What You’ll Do As an
Executive Recruiter , you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid- to senior-level direct hire roles across multiple industries. This position requires balancing client relationships and candidate engagement—helping both thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving the end-to-end recruiting process for professional-level positions.
Building and maintaining strong client partnerships while sourcing top talent.
Managing multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and delivering exceptional results.
This is a high-impact role where your efforts directly influence business outcomes. You’ll have clear goals, transparent performance metrics, and unlimited opportunities for growth and recognition.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree
in business or related field.
Minimum two (2) years of sales experience , including new business development.
Recruitment experience in
finance and accounting
preferred.
Strong adaptability and ability to pivot quickly.
Collaborative team player with a growth mindset.
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools.
Passionate about helping clients and candidates succeed.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a competitive edge.
Ability to work in a
hybrid model .
