Position Summary We are currently seeking a talented and professional Human Resources Generalist. Working collaboratively with the Human Resources Director and project team, this position drives employee‑relations strategies, partners with leadership and on‑site managers on employee issues, and leads investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management. The role creates proactive solutions, educates managers on people leadership, and supports a growth‑oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities

Provide counsel and support to managers on HR policy and operational needs.

Identify, investigate, and resolve employee concerns in a compliant and timely manner.

Maintain detailed, accurate records of concerns and investigations.

Consult with HR leadership and other resources to recommend and implement solutions.

Communicate proactively with leaders and stakeholders on assigned cases.

Conduct employee‑relations investigations and analyze organizational health issues.

Use investigative data to determine appropriate actions aligned with company policies.

Coach leaders on follow‑up and disciplinary actions based on findings.

Support ADA accommodation processes for managers and employees.

Partner with safety teams to support incident response.

Facilitate field‑based training in positive employee practices.

Deliver HR solutions via customer‑focused partnerships across the HR department.

Influence managers to achieve win/win outcomes minimizing risk.

Recommend promotion, development, and learning opportunities.

Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and recommend actions.

Produce, review, and analyze data to support decision‑making.

Assist with general HR duties such as onboarding, data, and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of HR experience focused on employee and/or labor relations and manager coaching.

Experience with conflict management and leading investigations.

Knowledge of labor, federal, and multi‑state regulations.

Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across levels.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Critical thinking and complex problem‑solving capabilities.

Ability to navigate sensitive situations with confidentiality.

Geographically mobile and able to relocate within the Central Region.
