Base pay range: $19.00/hr – $19.00/hr

Celerion is currently seeking a
Consumer Study Coordinator
at our Richmond, VA location. Our Richmond office focuses on consumer opinion studies related to nicotine and tobacco products.
About the Role This position will work 30 hours per week and is eligible for benefits. We require flexibility to work between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday‑Friday, with the possibility of occasional Saturday work.
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain all stages of participant activities, including screening, training, and evaluations.
Develop positive participant communications and relationships.
Enter and update study information into computer systems.
Collect and organize panelists’ paperwork and documentation.
Qualifications
At least two years of customer service experience.
Strong administrative skills and ability to work a flexible schedule.
Consumer/market research experience preferred.
Ability to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke from combustible cigarettes and vapors from electronic cigarettes on a daily basis.
Must be 21 years of age or older (as required by Code of Virginia 18.2‑371.2B).
Benefits Eligible for benefits. Flexible working hours 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday‑Friday, with occasional Saturday work.
