Senior FP&A Analyst - Up to $105k Our client, a global manufacturing organization, is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a high-visibility finance team supporting strategic decision-making and executive reporting. This role offers strong exposure, ownership, and clear long-term growth opportunities. 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
Base pay range $95,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
Perform variance analysis and support monthly/quarterly close cycles
Assist with board-level and executive reporting
Analyze cash flow and balance sheet activity
Manage recurring reporting while adapting quickly to urgent requests
Operate independently in an evolving, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
MBA or CPA preferred
3+ years of finance or accounting experience
2–3 years as a Financial Analyst strongly preferred
SAP experience preferred
Exposure to PBCS, SmartView, and/or HFM a plus
