About the Role

Provide excellent customer support: respond promptly to phone calls and emails with a friendly, professional attitude.

Continuously learn and solve problems: stay updated on industry trends, leverage resources and collaborate with IT team members.

Setup and maintain workstations: configure and upgrade workstations and laptops for employees and install peripheral equipment.

On‑site support: handle hardware or software issues that require physical presence.

Support remote workforce: assist remote employees with technical issues and ensure they have needed tools.

Proactive issue prevention: identify potential problems, recommend preventive measures, and participate in the troubleshooting team for incidents.

Track and manage support requests: use the Organogenesis Support Portal to log, track, and update the status of all requests; ensure timely resolution and follow‑up.

Collaborate on IT projects: work with team members on assigned projects and provide knowledge articles for other support tiers.

Database entry: maintain an accurate asset inventory database.

Security tools: use security tools to secure company‑owned hardware.

What You Need to Achieve It

High school diploma or equivalency required; associate degree or higher preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in a similar support role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strict deadlines.

Technical proficiency with Windows 7/10/11, Active Directory, Azure portal, Office 365 portal, and Endpoint Manager.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and conceptual skills with ownership of technical tasks.

Proven subject‑matter expertise in a relevant support area.

Appropriate IT industry certifications.

Strong troubleshooting and technical support experience.

Understanding of and ability to resolve complex technical issues.

Follow processes, procedures, and work instructions consistently.

Physical ability to lift at least 50 lb.

Travel to local locations near Canton, MA as required.

Compensation

The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $27.75 – $28.85 /hr, reflecting market data for similarly‑sized life science companies.
