Device/Endpoint Management Architect – NANA We are seeking a highly experienced Device / Endpoint Management Architect to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in designing, implementing, and optimizing secure endpoint management solutions across hybrid and multi‑cloud environments. This role requires deep technical expertise in cloud‑based MDM platforms, device lifecycle management, and enterprise security frameworks to ensure secure and efficient management of DHS devices.

Base Pay Range $115,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Location Remote

Responsibilities

Architect and implement cloud‑based endpoint management solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE) to support secure, scalable device operations.

Lead the development and enforcement of security protocols, device compliance policies, and lifecycle management strategies.

Oversee the deployment, configuration, and optimization of mobile device management (MDM) platforms across DHS environments.

Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure endpoint solutions align with DHS security and operational requirements.

Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and provide Tier 3 support for escalated incidents.

Maintain documentation and provide knowledge transfer to DHS IT staff on endpoint management tools and procedures.

Ensure compliance with DHS and federal IT security standards and frameworks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on endpoint management, MDM, and device security.

Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of cloud‑based endpoint solutions, security frameworks, and device compliance management.

Proven experience in device lifecycle management and enterprise mobility strategies.

Excellent communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission‑driven federal environment.

Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Desired Qualifications

Experience supporting DHS or other federal agencies.

Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture, NIST cybersecurity frameworks, and FISMA compliance.

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, VMware VCP‑DTM, CompTIA Security+, ITIL Foundation.
