JR101113# **Title:**UX Engineer# **Job Description:****Job Overview**The UX Engineer role involves close collaboration with UI/UX teams, software engineers, and product managers, focusing on building and enhancing user interfaces and ensuring seamless user interactions.**Roles & Responsibilities**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Other duties may be assigned.* Develop and implement front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.* Work with cross functional teams to develop ideas and create prototypes that convey experience intentions when static comps won’t do.* Partner with our Design System team to ensure design excellence in our processes and workflows.* Conduct performance and usability tests to validate design decisions.* Offer constructive feedback in the design and engineering process and provide code review feedback to peers.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with user needs.* Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.* Other duties as assigned**Qualification**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.**Education and/or Experience:**5+ years of experience in user interface design, front-end development, or a related field.Proficiency in JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).**Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:** May be required to have a valid driver’s license.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.Demonstrated ability to apply engineering and design principles in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.**Supervisory Responsibilities**This position has no supervisory responsibilities.**Physical Demands & Work Environment*** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
