Staff Accountant
to join our Jacksonville corporate finance team in a
hybrid role
supporting multi‑site operations and private equity‑backed growth initiatives.

Your Role
Participating in month‑end close processes
Preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
Conducting financial analyses to support accurate reporting
Assisting in the creation of audit support schedules (PBCs)
Supporting general, lease, tax, purchase, and fixed asset accounting
Helping optimize accounting systems and workflows
Contributing to the integration of new acquisitions across our multi‑site platform
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
CPA preferred but not required
2+ years of experience as a Junior Accountant, Staff Accountant, or similar role
Prior experience in the healthcare industry preferred
Experience with multi‑site business models, preferably in healthcare
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred)
Located in the general Jacksonville/East Coast Florida area preferred
