Job Description Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well‑structured program, where you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands‑on rotations in various departments. The position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Rotate through departments, immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.

Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.

Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.

Participate in professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.

Skills & Qualifications

Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must meet all DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing >10,000 lbs.

Have an active driver's license.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Obtain DOT medical certification.

Provide documentation of previous employment.

Preferred

Co‑op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role.

Business or related academic major.

Leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.

Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.

Compensation A reasonable estimate of base salary is $61,000 per year.
