About the Job
Implement basic alteration services (i.e. Hemming, patch and repair, tapering) and more technical alterations (e.g. Fitting/tailoring items other than jeans, where more technical equipment is necessary; detailed appearance altering processes, embroidery)
Exemplify and have customer service skills to enhance our clients experience.
Educate and train store teams on customer offerings provided by the Tailor Shop.
Help with responsibilities on the selling floor and fitting as requested by store management.
Comply with all Levi's® policy and programs. Job Requirements
Experience with denim industry and current/upcoming trends.
Understanding of textiles and fabrics with skills in sewing, tailoring and textile repair.
Awareness of design trends.
Enjoy engaging with clients and store team.
About You
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 1 years of sewing/tailoring experience and a knowledge of jeans construction.
Knowledge of machines used in the sewing of denim products.
While performing the responsibilities of the job you may be asked to stand, walk, sit, talk and hear, use hands to type and use the tools of tailor shop.
You are occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, lift, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Open to working a flexible schedule to meet our needs, including evening and weekend shifts.
