Also, you must have a car to get to your shifts in a timely manner. Right at Home provides non-medical home care in clients' homes. This may include bathing, helping with dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship (walking together, playing games, gardening). We also may drive clients to doctor’s appointments, run errands, and do light housekeeping. If you have experience as a caregiver – that’s great! If you don’t have experience but have cared for a family member who has been sick or is older, then you’re qualified. What’s most important is that you have a heart for caring for people.
