THE EMPLOYER IS: CARGO COFFEEThis role is ideal for someone to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for coffee culture. This is a hands-on development role with genuine progression opportunities into a supervisory position for the right person. Training will include shift leadership, stock control, cash handling, hygiene standards, and customer experience excellence.

Operate cash/card drawer with accurate money management. Consistency and high quality coffee making. Learn standard business processes and understand why we do what we do. Food prep. Maintain a clean work environment. Close down duties. Guide and encourage staff. Skills and Qualifications
Basic reading and numeracy. Food safety. Interest in the coffee industry. Able to cope under pressure. Further Information
