Dispatch Assistant / Customer Service / Logistics – Temporary to Permanent

We are currently seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented Temporary/Contract (potentially contract-to-hire) Dispatch Assistant for a growing team within the Engineering industry. This role requires strong background in project management, dispatching, and coordination. Base Pay Range

Serve as the primary point of contact for project managers, providing necessary support and resources. Efficiently dispatch project managers to job sites, ensuring timely and professional logistics. Coordinate with various departments to supply required resources and information. Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Handle issues or delays, implementing swift solutions. Maintain an organized dispatch system with accurate, up-to-date information. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment. Adhere to industry regulations and company policies, ensuring safe, compliant operations. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within Engineering. Proven experience working with project managers and dispatching. Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking and meeting deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Proactive, self-motivated, and embraces ownership. Team player, collaborative, and willing to assist. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards (plus).
