Campus Recruitment Coordinator
Our client is a boutique financial services organization that is currently looking for a Campus Recruitment Coordinator to join their Human Resources team in New York. The role involves working closely with a global (but lean) Early Careers team and acting as a key point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders.
Base Pay Range $65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage high-volume candidate pipelines for campus recruitment programs.
Coordinate interview scheduling, assessments, and communication with candidates.
Administer and track personality and aptitude tests.
Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
Support recruiters with ad hoc administrative tasks and process improvements.
Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
Collaborate with global team members to align on timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to manage evolving processes and adapt to evolving workflows.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Previous experience in administration, recruitment coordination, or HR is a plus (no campus recruitment experience is required).
Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
